1) Shipping

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Dispatch location

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Budapest, Hungary (EU).

Delivery times

• United Kingdom: typically 3–7 business days (customs may add extra time)

• European Union: typically 3–7 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Courier delays and customs checks are outside our control.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link is sent once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

UK customs

Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs checks or import fees under local law.
Any such fees are the customer’s responsibility.

2) Returns (EU & UK consumers)
