1. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after payment.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and courier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs inspections.


2. Return Eligibility

If you wish to request a return, please contact us at info@milassecret.com.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Items that cannot be returned (for hygiene and safety reasons):

  • Opened cosmetics

  • Used skincare or beauty products

  • Fragrances that have been opened

  • Digital or downloadable items

We may require a Return Authorization (RMA) number before sending your item back.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs vary depending on:

  • The customer’s location

  • The reason for return

  • Carrier shipping rates

Return shipping is free if:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item arrived damaged

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD once the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing time for refunds:

  • 7–14 business days after receiving the returned product

Important:

  • If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing components, a partial refund may be issued.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong product:

  2. Attach clear photos of the issue

  3. Include your order number

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, you may:

  1. Return the item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order for the desired product
